The career happened where the stakes were highest.
I spent close to two decades in enterprise delivery — the last seven years at Fenergo as a Senior Project Manager, and thirteen years before that deploying Tier-1 software across pension and benefits administration and corporate retail. Regulated, high-stakes environments where a missed dependency or a vague handoff isn't a delay — it's a compliance event.
That work put me inside some of the world's most demanding financial institutions — RBC, U.S. Bank, and Citi among them — alongside global custodians, Tier-1 asset managers, and leading alternative investment firms. I stood up PMOs from nothing, led implementations the size of small companies, and took underwater programs back to profitable.
Then I put those lessons to the founder's test. I built and still run The Wellness Club, a multi-entity organization where I own strategy, operations, technology, and partnerships end to end. Running it taught me the other half of the job — not delivering to someone else's plan, but designing the operating model that lets a business run without everything routing back through one person.
That combination is the work now: fractional operations leadership and AI-enabled process design, delivered through CasConsulting Inc. Direct, practical, and close enough to the work to call what needs to be called.
